I moved from California to Nashville in 1995, because I love the area, and after all, it is Music City!  Combining my music business skills and expertise I plan to help others realize their dreams right here in Music City.  My considerable experience casting and producing Shows, engineering, Producing artists, booking, negotiating, music publishing, marketing and photography, has required amazing attention to detail as well as skill at finding and delivering what is wanted and needed.  Bringing those elements together for my clients will transfer well to the real estate world. 

My experience converting & building studios, including adding 2500 sq. ft. of new construction to my Home and Recording Studio (designing and drawing plans, coordinating all city approvals and contracting) will benefit my clients, especially Musicians, needing recording environments. 

 

I look forward to bringing all my skills and experience to the world of real estate.  My joy for life and appreciation of people and relationships will certainly be an asset.  As the Father of four children I can appreciate the many considerations families have when Investing, Selling or Purchasing a home.
